How To Succeed With Your Next Site Using SEO Strategies That Work

You probably don’t think that those little title tags at the top of your website pages matter very much but the truth is that they really really do.
It wasn’t so long ago that the title tags on your website were built completely for SEO and search engines (and search marketing). But that is really no longer the case in terms of being exclusively for that. The reason for this has to do with social media. For example, whenever a website is shared through social media, what do you think shows up on the page? It’s true: the all important title tag; this is why you need to make sure that the tag is highly relevant–the keyword phrase for the page or the home page work well. Another thing and this goes back to the original intent for the title tag; Google is using these mentions on social media now as one of the factors for ranking.
Searchers will hit on your site or home page a lot easier if you use relevant keywords. The name of your business isn’t important, unless it is already a household name, nobody is going to guess it right out of the gate. In other words, this doesn’t make it a good contender for a search phrase that people will type you into the search field of Google. So work hard to avoid being so completely in love with the name that you just have to use it within your site’s title tag. You’ll have a much higher SEO score if you optimize through known keyword phrases. If you want to help boost your SEO, you should always use your main keywords and keyword phrases in your title tags. You have done Google searches before, and you have noticed all those blue, bold links for the words you searched on in the results. This is what happens when you optimize your page correctly for on page factors. It is these exact details that help you increase your page’s rankings within the major search engines. When you don’t quite know how to optimize every page of your site, correct this by learning how. Don’t worry about it too much, though, because once you understand it, it’s easy to put it into practice.
All mistakes with SEO on page factors are 100% avoidable if you have the right information at your fingertips. We know beginners are trying and well-meaning, plus if you do not know about something then you do not know. What this point is leading up to is never, but never specify Home Page in the title tag. Usually, the first page will not have this problem. This is one page that usually is safe. People that do websites usually have no clue if they make this type of error. It is very rare for Home Page to be an optimizing keyword phrase. Usually it is a mistake. So just do yourself a favor and don’t do it.
Properly optimizing title tags isn’t something that requires any real insider knowledge. The only one exception that comes to mind involves dynamic pages. Years ago, it was possible to use software to type in search phrases and then automatically fill in the on-page factors for landing pages and other kinds of websites. That used to be called dynamic page insertion but it doesn’t get used that much anymore. It’s super easy to optimize all of the title pages on your website especially if you have a blog and your SEO plugin. There aren’t very many rules that you are going to need to remember with your title tags and they are pretty simple to grasp once you learn them. If you aren’t well versed in terms of SEO, you need to change that. You can find all kinds of excellent ebooks about the subject, but just be sure you are getting information from credible sources.

"I wrote the rest of The Innocents Abroad in sixty days and I could have added a fortnight's labor with the pen and gotten along without the letters altogether. I was very young in those days, exceedingly young, marvelously young, younger than I am now, younger than I shall ever be again, by hundreds of years. I worked every night from eleven or twelve until broad daylight in the morning, and as I did 200,000 words in the sixty days, the average was more than 3,000 words a day- nothing for Sir Walter Scott, nothing for Louis Stevenson, nothing for plenty of other people, but quite handsome for me. In 1897, when we were living in Tedworth Square, London, and I was writing the book called Following the Equator, my average was 1,800 words a day; here in Florence (1904) my average seems to be 1,400 words per sitting of four or five hours."
